Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Contracts and Customer Service Representative located in Heliopolis. The responsibilities include:

  • Manage contracts and renewals, maintain records
  • Handle client calls, schedule appointments, and help resolve complaints.
  • Prepare ISO and field activity reports
  • Assist in scheduling and dispatching field personnel,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in contract administration, customer service, or operations.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn scheduling/reporting tools.
