Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader in Corporate Banking based in Cairo, Egypt. The Team Leader will manage and supervise corporate banking operations, assess client needs, and develop tailored financial services. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and fostering client relationships to drive business growth. The role involves leading a team of professionals while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and making strategic decisions
  • Proficiency in Finance and Financial Services to address client needs and identify opportunities
  • Knowledge of Accounting and Auditing practices to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or professional certification such as CFA or CPA is advantageous
  • Prior experience in corporate banking or a related financial sector role preferred
