As a Portfolio Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Data Management, Reporting & Presentation:
  2. Maintain and update the portfolio database and trackers, ensuring data accuracy for informed decision-making.
  3. Analyze sales, cost, and lifecycle data to generate actionable insights, identify trends, and support strategic decisions.
  4. Prepare high-quality reports and professional PowerPoint presentations for senior executives and key stakeholders.
  5. Project Management Excellence:
  6. Coordinate across cross-functional teams (marketing, regulatory, R&D, supply chain, etc.) to ensure timely progression of projects from initiation to launch.
  7. Prepare and monitor project timelines, manage risks, and implement innovative solutions to deliver on goals.
  8. Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification:
  9. Conduct in-depth market assessments, competitor analyses, and business case evaluations while identifying and exploring potential opportunities for business growth and portfolio expansion.
  10. Partner with local teams to build relevant forecasts, and profitability assessments.

Additionally, you should bring:

  1. Medical/Pharmaceutical Background: Strong understanding of healthcare and pharmaceuticals to better assess products and solutions that improve patients' lives.
  2. Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency with analyzing large datasets, generating insightful reports, and drawing impactful insights.
  3. Technical Expertise: Advanced skills in MS Office tools, particularly in:
  4. Excel: Pivot tables, and dashboards.
  5. PowerPoint: Professional presentations for senior stakeholders.
  6. Project Management Knowledge: Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  7. Communication Skills: Strong ability to convey complex ideas and recommendations to a broad audience.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or other relevant Life Sciences fields.
  2. Experience: 3–5 years of experience in portfolio/project management, business development, or related areas in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
