Role Overview:

The
Growth Manager
owns end-to-end digital marketing execution across multiple organizations within
MID Construction Group
. This role oversees SEO, paid media, social platforms, graphic design, landing pages, and email marketing while managing the teams responsible for execution.

You will be fully accountable for
attribution accuracy, performance reporting, and demand generation
, serving as the primary marketing point of contact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee SEO, paid advertising, landing pages, social media, email marketing, and related channels
  • Manage designers, content creators, agency partners, and channel specialists
  • Build and maintain full-funnel attribution dashboards by channel and campaign
  • Identify strategies to improve acquisition volume, efficiency, and lead quality
  • Maintain creative quality and brand consistency across all marketing assets
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize marketing tools and automation platforms
  • Improve website and funnel conversion rates through testing and optimization
  • Act as the primary marketing contact for internal teams and external vendors
  • Partner with Sales Operations and Data teams to ensure clean, trackable data and accurate pipeline reporting

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or demand generation leadership
  • Proven experience managing multiple marketing channels and team members
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, analytics, and marketing ROI
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools, ad platforms, CMS/landing page builders, and marketing automation tools
  • Strong creative judgment and project management skills
