We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft products, cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure management. The role requires a proactive individual who is adept at problem-solving and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. Manage and maintain Microsoft Cloud Office 365 and Azure Cloud services.

  • Handle Active Directory administration, including user accounts, group policies, and security management.
  • Provide support for Microsoft products, including installation, troubleshooting, and updates.
  • Oversee and resolve help desk requests, offering timely IT support to end-users.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to prevent downtime and ensure smooth system functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and maintain the security of the organization's systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 administration and support.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, including configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk systems and IT service management (ITSM) practices.
  • Experience managing IT hardware inventory and tracking maintenance schedules.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve daily IT issues related to both hardware and software.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Assist in the implementation of IT projects, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Office 365 certifications) is a plus.
