Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective social media strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in content creation.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics and Facebook Insights).
  • Experience in creating visually engaging content, including graphics and videos, using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement of social media campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with current trends, innovations, and best practices in social media marketing and digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions on our eCommerce platform.
  • Conduct SEO audits and implement best practices to improve organic search performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor and report on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools.
  • Support the development of paid advertising campaigns (PPC, display, and social media) to maximize ROI.
  • Participate in A/B testing initiatives to evaluate the effectiveness of various marketing tactics.
  • Maintain our brand's online presence across various platforms and ensure consistency in messaging.
