Are you a naturally curious problem-solver who loves connecting the dots? Do you get excited by market trends, consumer behavior, and the story behind a product? We are looking for a passionate and eager-to-learn R&D Specialist to become the engine of our innovation pipeline.

What You'll Do:

  • Market Research:
    Conduct continuous research to understand competitor strategies, product offerings, and pricing models.
  • Trend Forecasting:
    Identify and analyze global and local trends in textiles, fashion, and consumer lifestyles to predict what's next.
  • Sourcing:
    Look for new fabric suppliers and manufacturers, and evaluate them for quality and value.
  • Concept Development:
    Use your research to suggest new product ideas and collections that meet market needs.
  • Master the Process:
    Develop a deep understanding of the entire production journey—from raw material to finished garment—to make informed decisions.
  • Process Knowledge:
    Understand each step of production, from raw materials to the final product, to make better decisions.
  • Project Coordination:
    Follow up on collection development from start to finish and update the team regularly.

Who You Are:

  • A recent graduate (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics) or a last year university student.
  • A Research Enthusiast: You have a innate curiosity and love digging for information until you find the answer. You know how to use online tools and databases effectively.
  • A Quick Learner: You are eager to absorb new information about textiles, production, and market dynamics. You're not afraid to ask questions.
  • A Strategic Thinker: You don't just collect data; you analyze it to tell a story and propose actionable ideas.
  • An Excellent Communicator: You can articulate your findings clearly and confidently, both in writing and in presentations to team members and external partners.
