About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Electrical Site Engineer to oversee and manage all on-site electrical activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery of work in coordination with other disciplines. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to managing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:


• Supervise and support all electrical and MEP site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.


• Review and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and project documents before execution.


• Plan, schedule, and manage site operations to meet deadlines and productivity targets.


• Coordinate with civil and mechanical teams to prevent work conflicts and ensure smooth progress.


• Prepare as-built drawings, daily and weekly progress reports, and inspection requests.


• Ensure strict adherence to quality control, health, and safety standards on site.


• Manage materials, and equipment to maintain workflow continuity.


• Oversee subcontractors' performance and verify progress and payment requests.


• Resolve technical issues promptly and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from a reputable university.


• 5–7 years of proven experience in electrical site execution and project management.


• Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation, testing, and commissioning.


• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.


• Ability to manage multiple site tasks and ensure compliance with time, cost, and quality objectives.
