Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Event Manager located in Cairo, Egypt, with partial opportunities to work from home. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events of varying scales, from conception to completion. Responsibilities include budget planning, vendor coordination, timeline creation, and monitoring event execution to ensure its success. The role also involves working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project goals and deliver memorable event experiences.

Qualifications

  • Event Planning and Management, including the ability to organize, execute, and manage all aspects of events professionally
  • Communication, Negotiation, and Collaboration skills to liaise effectively with teams, clients, and vendors
  • Time Management, Budgeting, and Organization skills to ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to deadlines
  • Creativity and Problem-Solving skills to design impactful events and address challenges effectively
  • Proficiency with event management software and tools is a strong advantage
  • Prior experience as an Event Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or professional setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
