Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated
Sr.
DevOps Engineer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automating, monitoring, and optimizing software development and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for various applications and services
  • Manage and automate infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar
  • Monitor system performance and availability using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Cloud-native solutions
  • Collaborate with developers to streamline deployment and release processes
  • Improve system reliability, security, and scalability across environments (development, staging, production)
  • Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/ Azure/ GCP) and optimize usage for performance and cost
  • Ensure system and data security by implementing best practices in access control, encryption, and compliance
  • Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for production issues
  • Support containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering role
  • Proficiency with Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
  • Knowledge of one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to travel

Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)

  • Experience with monitoring/logging tools like ELK, Datadog, or New Relic
  • Knowledge of security best practices (DevSecOps experience is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows
