We're looking for ambitious, target-driven Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with clients
  • Understand needs and offer suitable insurance solutions
  • Generate leads and follow up regularly
  • Support clients through onboarding and documentation
  • Track sales activities and monitor policy renewals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • CRM experience is a plus
  • Ability to work indoors & outdoors is Mandatory
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage a pipeline of prospects
