We're hiring: Mid-Level Odoo Developer (Python / Odoo ERP)

Location: Cairo (Hybrid)

Type: Full-time

What you'll do

  • Develop and customize
    Odoo modules
    (backend & business logic) based on requirements.
  • Implement and maintain Odoo features across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM…etc.
  • Build/extend
    models, views, workflows, reports (QWeb)
    , and server actions.
  • Work with PostgreSQL, optimize queries, and ensure performance & stability.
  • Integrate Odoo with external systems via
    REST APIs
    and third-party services.
  • Handle bug fixing, troubleshooting, and production support when needed.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Maintain clean code, proper documentation, and version control via
    Git
    .

Requirements (Must-have)

  • 2–4 years
    of hands-on experience with
    Odoo development
    .
  • Strong
    Python
    skills and Odoo ORM.
  • Solid experience with:
  • Custom module development
  • Inheritance, security/access rules, record rules
  • XML views, actions, menus
  • QWeb reports
  • Good understanding of
    PostgreSQL
    .
  • Familiar with
    Linux
    environments and deployments basics.
  • Experience with
    Git
    and team-based development workflows.
  • Good communication and ability to work in a delivery-focused team.

Nice to have

  • Experience with

    / Docker / CI-CD.
  • Frontend experience with
    JavaScript / OWL
    .
  • Experience in integrations (payment gateways, shipping, accounting systems…etc.)
  • Prior work in implementation projects, not just maintenance.
