Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Assistant based in Nasr City, Cairo. The Academic Assistant will provide day-to-day support to the Academic Supervisor, coordinate schedules, meetings, and documentation, and maintain academic records and reports. The role also includes assisting in organizing training sessions, workshops, and onboarding activities, tracking instructor performance, collecting student feedback, and providing backup support for classes and placement tests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred fields: Education, English, Administration, or related)
  • TESOL, CELTA, or TEFL certification is a must
  • Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong multitasking abilities and discretion with confidential information
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Job Details

  • Salary: 12,000 – 15,000 EGP per mont
  • hWorking Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 P
  • MDays Off: 2 days per wee
