Job Description: -

  1. Social Media Management & Brand Promotion:

  2. Execute day-to-day operations of **social media platforms** (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to boost brand awareness and website traffic.

  3. Develop and maintain a **content calendar**, ensuring timely and trend-aligned posts.

  4. Collaborate with designers to create visually compelling content (images, videos, stories).

  5. Community Engagement & Reputation Management:

  6. Monitor and respond to audience interactions (comments, DMs) in a timely manner.

  7. Document key customer feedback/queries in the **brand insights tracker** for strategy refinement.

  8. Performance Tracking & Optimization:

  9. Analyze weekly/monthly performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to identify strengths/weaknesses.

  10. Conduct **competitor benchmarking** to adapt best practices and stay ahead of trends.

  11. Provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign ROI.

  12. Cross-functional Collaboration:

  13. Liaise with internal teams (design, sales, e-commerce) to align digital efforts with business goals.

  14. Support ad-hoc digital marketing initiatives (e.g., influencer campaigns, promotions).

Qualifications & Skills:

Must-Have:

**1+ years of experience** in social media/digital marketing.

**Platform Expertise: ** Hands-on experience with **Facebook, Instagram, TikTok** (ads management & analytics).

**Creative & Trend-Savvy:** Ability to ideate engaging content tailored to local trends.

**Analytical Skills: ** Comfortable interpreting data (insights, CTR, engagement rates) for reporting.

**Languages: ** Fluent in **English + Arabic** (written & spoken).

  • **Soft Skills: ** Adaptable to fast-paced environments, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
