Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled
MEP Engineer
to join our engineering team and oversee all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all MEP designs, installations, and operations meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance with local codes and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all MEP works on-site in collaboration with contractors and consultants.
  • Review and approve MEP design drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
  • Ensure timely execution of MEP activities according to project schedules.
  • Conduct inspections and verify that all installations meet quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate between architectural, civil, and MEP teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Prepare progress reports and assist in project documentation and handover.
  • Review material specifications to ensure alignment with project and budget requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably within the
    real estate or construction sector
    .
  • Strong knowledge of MEP design, systems integration, and construction processes.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office (Project, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
