About the Role

We are looking for a React Native Team Lead to lead the development of high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills, guiding a team of developers and collaborating closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver outstanding mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities


•Lead and mentor a team of React Native developers.


•Architect, design, and develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.


•Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.


•Collaborate with backend and product teams to define and deliver new features.


•Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.


•Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and development timelines.


•Troubleshoot issues, debug applications, and optimize performance.


•Stay up to date with emerging mobile technologies and frameworks.

Requirements


•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.


•5+ years of professional experience in mobile app development.


•3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native.


•Proven experience leading a development team or mentoring engineers.


•Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, React, and Redux / Context API.


•Experience integrating mobile apps with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.


•Familiarity with native modules (Android & iOS) and deployment processes (App Store / Play Store).


•Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have


•Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Fastlane, Firebase, or GraphQL.


•Understanding of Agile / Scrum development environments.


•Previous experience with Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin is a plus.
