Job Summary: We're hiring a Software Solutions Tele-sales Specialist to help us expand our reach in the business software space. The ideal candidate will have hands-on sales experience with cloud-based project & task management systems and asset/process tracking solutions. You'll be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, presenting solutions, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to identify and convert qualified leads.
  • Present product solutions based on client needs and industry use cases.
  • Educate prospects on cloud platforms like Taskey and Smart-Trace.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain CRM records.
  • Prepare proposals and coordinate with the technical team for demos.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance metrics.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of products, industry trends, and competition.

Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of tele-sales or inside sales experience, preferably in software or SaaS.
  • Previous experience selling project/task management platforms and/or asset tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with tools like Taskey, Smart-Trace, Asana, , Zoho, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
