Job Description:

The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for organizing and executing furniture delivery operations to customers accurately and on time, ensuring product safety and high service quality. The role requires full coordination with the warehouse, transportation, and sales teams to achieve customer satisfaction and maintain the company's professional image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and follow up on furniture delivery orders according to the approved delivery plan.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure orders are prepared and ready for loading.
  • Supervise loading and unloading processes to prevent damage to furniture.
  • Monitor and guide delivery teams and drivers during daily operations.
  • Ensure delivered items match invoices and delivery notes.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm delivery schedules and handle on-site issues.
  • Prepare daily delivery reports and submit them to management.
  • Follow up on returns, delivery-related complaints, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and delivery procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree (logistics, administration, or related fields preferred).
  • Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or transportation, preferably within the furniture industry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication skills with customers and internal teams.
  • Basic knowledge of invoices and delivery documentation.
