Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role of Planning and Cost Control Manager, located in New Cairo. The Planning and Cost Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and controlling project costs ensuring projects are completed within budget. Day-to-day tasks include developing cost estimates, preparing and tracking project budgets, analyzing cost variances, and ensuring accurate financial forecasting. The role also involves coordinating with project teams to align on cost management objectives and implementing cost-saving strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 10+
    years of proven experience in planning, cost control, and project budgeting.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and financial controls.
  • Proficiency in cost management tools and project planning software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, ERP systems).
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the real estate or construction development industry is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work onsite in New Cairo.
