Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Resident Network Security Engineer. The primary responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining network security solutions to ensure the safety and efficiency of IT infrastructure. The role involves monitoring system performance, identifying vulnerabilities, executing security upgrades and patches, and providing technical support to clients. Collaboration with team members to implement best practices for cybersecurity and network engineering is expected.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Engineering
  • Strong expertise in Network Security and Information Security
  • Knowledge and experience in Cybersecurity concepts and practices
  • Ability to manage, optimize, and troubleshoot complex IT networks
  • Familiarity with the latest network protocols, tools, and technologies
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or CEH) are an advantage
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
