We are hiring an IT Engineer

Experience : 3-5 years

Work Location: 10th of Ramadan City

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering - Computer Science - Information Systems - Information Technology

Job Responsibilities: Experience in performing the following tasks:

Server and Infrastructure Management:

• Managing and maintaining internal and external servers, ensuring their continuity and efficiency.

• Implementing security and periodic updates and continuously monitoring server performance.

• Managing backups and data recovery, ensuring data integrity.

Hosting and Domain Management:

• Managing the cPanel control panel on GoDaddy and configuring hosting settings.

• Managing and renewing domains and connecting them to various websites and services.

• Setting up and managing company email and connecting it to the domain

Company Website Management:

• Overseeing the operation and maintenance of three websites for three different companies.

• Resolving technical issues related to the websites and coordinating with developers when needed.

• Ensuring website stability and security and implementing necessary updates.

Technical Support:

• Providing comprehensive technical support to employees in the three companies.

• Troubleshooting computer, laptop, printer, and various software issues.

• Setting up Setting up new devices and connecting them to the internal network.

Routine Maintenance:

• Performing preventative maintenance on all devices to ensure optimal performance.

• Continuously updating operating systems and software.

• Addressing recurring malfunctions and analyzing their causes to resolve them completely.

Cybersecurity and Penetration Testing:

• Perform periodic penetration tests on internal and external servers to assess security levels.

• Conduct tests on the internal network and the internet to detect potential vulnerabilities.

• Scan and secure company websites through web penetration testing.

• Analyze test results and prepare reports recommending security improvements.

• Implement preventative measures, patch vulnerabilities, and monitor suspicious activity.

CCTV System Management:

• Install and configure CCTV cameras and recording networks.

• Manage the system, monitor storage and permissions.

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to cameras.

IT Procurement Management:

• Identify the department's needs for hardware, software, and peripherals.

• Communicate with suppliers, evaluate offers, and select the best option.

• Oversee the purchasing process and equipment delivery.

Mikrotik Server and Network Management:

• Manage Mikrotik settings, bandwidth allocation, and network organization.

• Configure firewalls and secure the network.

• Monitor network traffic, analyze problems, and resolve them.
