Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in El Maadi for a Light Current – Implementation Team Leader. The Implementation Team Leader will oversee and manage the deployment of light current systems, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Responsibilities include leading the implementation team, supervising installations, providing support on software integrations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring technical and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires regular communication with clients to understand requirements, resolve issues, and deliver custom-made solutions when needed.

Team Leadership & Site Management1-     
Lead and supervise a team of technicians and senior &junior engineers.
2-     
Distribute daily tasks and ensure progress matches project timelines.
3-     
Monitor quality of installation and resolve minor on-site technical issues.
4-     
Follow up daily attendance of team of engineers

System Implementation
5-     
Oversee the installation of systems such as:

CCTV & Surveillance, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Structured Cabling & Data Networks, BMS & Automation
6-     
Ensure proper device placement, cabling, terminations, and mounting as per drawings.

Site Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and other trades.
8-     
Attend daily or weekly site meetings and provide technical updates.
9-     
Prepare daily progress reports, issue logs, and submit to Implementation Manager.

Testing & Handover Preparation

Supervise basic system testing before commissioning.
11-  
Review readiness for commissioning and final handover.
12-  
Ensure all tools, materials, and documentation are in place for final delivery.
13-  
Resolve on-site technical issues and escalate when necessary.
14-  
Coordinate delivery and storage of ELV materials and equipment on-site.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and designing tailored solutions
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in software implementation and configuring technical systems
  • Proven team leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate a team
  • Outstanding customer service skills to manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Familiarity with light current systems and related technologies
  • Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • bachelor degree of communications, Electronics
  • Experience 10 + plus in the same field, with at least 3 year in a supervisory role
