The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and consulting with clients to develop tailored property management solutions. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing business plans, nurturing client relationships, and facilitating sustainable growth for the company's portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Experience in drafting proposals and sales presentations.
  • Experience in Consulting and Business Planning
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the property and/or mall management industry is a MUST.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools**
