Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Specialist for our on-site office in Cairo, Egypt. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. This role involves supporting the executive and operations teams by ensuring adherence to HR standards and practices to foster a positive and productive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR), including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in HR Management, with the ability to implement and oversee HR initiatives and programs effectively.
  • Experience developing and managing HR Policies to align with organizational objectives and legal compliance.
  • Familiarity with Employee Benefits administration, including evaluating and managing benefit programs.
  • Skills in Personnel Management, including conflict resolution, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR practices is required. Prior experience in the architecture, design, or engineering industry is a plus.
