Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in El Maadi for a Sales Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising, motivating, and mentoring the sales team to achieve targets and maximize sales performance. You will analyze sales data, develop strategies to increase revenue, and establish strong relationships with clients. Additionally, you will provide regular feedback, oversee team training sessions, and work closely with management to align team objectives with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and coach sales teams towards meeting and exceeding business objectives.
  • Sales and Business Development: Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies for revenue growth, and relationship-building to drive client satisfaction.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Proficiency in analyzing sales performance data to create actionable insights and innovative solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively and negotiate deals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in the furniture or retail industry is an advantage and in-depth knowledge of sales trends is valuable.
  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is an asset.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
