We are looking for a colleague to be assigned to the Egypt office of our main shareholder, ENBD.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's or similar post graduate study is preferred).
  • Minimum 7–10 years' experience in corporate banking covering Turkish corporates
  • Excellent understanding of corporate credit, structured finance, trade finance, and treasury solutions.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English (spoken and written)
  • High interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid Negotiation skills.
  • High presentation skills.

Job Description:

  • Identify and acquire new Turkish corporate clients operating in Egypt
  • Act as the primary contact point for Turkish clients, building long-term strategic relationships
  • Prepare and execute account plans, setting clear revenue and relationship growth targets.
  • Cross-sell the full suite of banking products (lending, trade finance, treasury, deposits, and cash management solutions).
  • Deepen wallet share by identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Provide financial advisory, market insights, and strategic support to strengthen relationship with client
  • Conduct credit analysis, financial reviews, and risk assessments to structure bankable solutions.
  • Prepare and present credit proposals to internal committees for approval.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, ensuring early identification of problem accounts and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Drive revenue growth from lending, trade, cash management, and FX/treasury products.
  • Monitor portfolio profitability, ensuring optimal pricing and returns in line with bank objectives. Achieve annual revenue, deposit, and asset growth targets.
  • Ensure all activities comply with Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) regulations, compliance and internal policies.
  • Uphold high standards of AML, KYC, and customer due diligence procedures.
  • Promote ethical banking practices and safeguard the bank's reputation.
