Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Scheduling Analyst - English, located in New Cairo. The Scheduling Analyst will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed schedules, monitoring workflow, analyzing data to optimize resources, and ensuring alignment with workforce and business requirements. The role requires collaboration with multiple teams, effective communication, and adherence to defined timelines to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Planning & Scheduling techniques and practices
  • Strong Analytical Skills to identify and solve scheduling-related challenges
  • Effective Communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams and present scheduling data
  • Experience in Workforce Management to optimize resource allocation
  • Knowledge of Program Management concepts to oversee and integrate scheduling initiatives
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools/software and excellent attention to detail
