Your Role: Functional Consultant Banking

As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality banking solutions tailored to client needs.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Configure, customize and implement banking software (e.g., Digital Banking, Trade Finance, Cash Management)
  • Optimize banking processes to improve compliance, efficiency, and CX
  • Define and execute test cases, conduct UAT, and validate business needs
  • Train end-users and provide post-go-live support
  • Serve as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in functional consulting within the banking or fintech sector
  • Strong knowledge of banking operations and digital transformation trends
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Banking, IT, or a related field
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (Fluent in French is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
