Key Responsibilities

  1. Human Resources


• Organize and maintain employee files (hardcopy and electronic), ensuring all required documents (contracts, IDs, insurance, certificates, etc.) are complete and updated.


• Monitor daily attendance and leaves through the fingerprint system, prepare accurate daily/weekly/monthly reports (attendance, delays, overtime) and submit to HR Manager in Kuwait.


• Assist in payroll preparation (deductions, overtime, allowances, attendance records) in coordination with Kuwait office.


• Support recruitment activities (screening CVs, scheduling interviews, assisting in onboarding).


• Conduct onboarding for new hires (introductions, policy orientation, handover of equipment and assets).


• Manage employee requests (leave applications, employment letters, experience certificates, complaints) and ensure proper documentation.


• Support performance appraisal processes and maintain updated employee records accordingly.


• Contribute to employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive work culture.

  1. Administration


• Handle and follow up on all government-related transactions in Egypt (Social Insurance, Taxes, Labor Office, Licenses, Health Insurance, etc.).


• Supervise office needs including maintenance, cleaning services, office supplies, and facility readiness.


• Track and document all company assets, equipment, and employee-issued items (with both hardcopy and electronic records).


• Manage office contracts (lease agreements, service providers, maintenance vendors).


• Receive and route official correspondence and communications appropriately.


• Monitor office expenses and provide periodic reports to management.


• Support organization of internal meetings and external events, including preparation of documents and minutes.

Working Conditions


• Working Days: Saturday Remote, Sunday to Thursday On-Site.


• Working Hours: 8 hours per day.


• Office-based role, with occasional visits to government authorities.


• May require flexibility in working hours during peak periods (e.g., payroll cycle, government deadlines).


• Modern office environment in the new Cairo branch.

Qualifications & Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field + hr diploma.


• 3–5 years of proven HR and administrative experience.


• Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor laws, taxation, and social insurance regulations.


• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and attendance/fingerprint systems.


• Strong organizational, reporting, and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
