more accessible and affordable. We partner with veterinary clinics, groomers, and pet service

providers to offer comprehensive coverage and care for pets across Egypt.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Medical Representative (Sales) to join our growing

team with a strong commercial mindset to accelerate Leona's market expansion. This role is

responsible for driving revenue growth, closing new partnerships, and maximizing policy sales

through conducting on-ground activations, and promoting Leona Pet Plan's insurance solutions

to veterinarians, clinic staff, and pet owners

This role is field-based and requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building

skills.

Key Responsibilities:


• Visit veterinary clinics and pet service providers within assigned territory to introduce

and promote Leona Pet Plan services.


• Generate revenue by promoting and selling Leona Pet Plan insurance products across

assigned territories.


• Increase the number of partner clinics and service providers by identifying and securing

new partnerships.


• Conduct on-ground activations and promotional activities inside clinics to educate clients

and drive policy sign-ups.


• Achieve monthly sales targets, including partnership sign-ups, activation volumes, and

policy conversions.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinarians, clinic managers, and front desk

teams.


• Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to the marketing and operations

teams.


• Identify new business opportunities through territory mapping, lead generation, and

competitor intelligence.


• Provide structured daily reporting on leads, sales pipeline, conversions, and revenue

performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Business, Marketing, or related field.


• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, medical representation, or business development

(preferably in veterinary, pharma, or insurance sectors).


• Excellent presentation and communication skills.


• Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.


• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.


• Owns a car and holds a valid driving license (mandatory).
