Notion Consultant

Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Notion Consultant to join our team full-time. In this on-site role based in Heliopolis, you will be responsible for designing, customizing, and optimizing Notion workspaces to enhance team productivity and operational workflows. You will collaborate with various departments to understand their needs, configure effective organizational systems, create documentation, and provide training to ensure team members can efficiently use Notion. Additionally, you will analyze workflows and propose data-driven solutions to improve internal processes and project management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Notion, including workspace design, customization, and advanced features
• Experience in workflow optimization, project management, and task organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for process improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work seamlessly with various teams
• Familiarity with productivity tools and software integrations is a plus
• Proven ability to provide clear documentation and training to users
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related fields preferred

Requirements

-Proven experience as a Notion consultant, builder, or system designer

-Strong understanding of databases, relations, rollups, filters, and formulas

-Ability to create visually clean and user-friendly layouts

-Experience with workflow automation and integrations

-Strong communication skills and ability to understand business needs

-Previous examples or portfolio of Notion work (highly preferred)

Preferred

Experience working with social impact, sustainability, or fashion-related organizations

Arabic speaker is a plus
