Role Description

This is a contract role for a Transit PMO Support (Program Manager) based in Cairo, requiring on-site presence. The role involves overseeing transit and program management workflows, coordinating multiple projects, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing budgets, allocating resources, tracking project progress, preparing performance reports, and collaborating with teams to ensure successful project completion. Effective communication with stakeholders and leadership to provide updates and drive projects forward is integral to this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Program and Project Management expertise, including experience in planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects.
  • Demonstrated capability in Budgeting and resource allocation for project efficiency.
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate project data and identify improvements.
  • A proactive mindset with problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience in transit or transportation-related projects is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management is preferred.
