About the Role:

The Talent Management Manager is responsible for developing and executing talent strategies that support business growth in a manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on performance management, succession planning, and employee development across production and corporate functions.

He/She works closely with plant leadership to identify skills gaps and build workforce capabilities.

The role ensures effective learning initiatives that enhance operational and technical competencies.

The Talent Management Manager also plays a key role in driving engagement, retention, and continuous improvement culture.

Location: New Cairo / Sokhna

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent management strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage performance management systems and ensure fair and consistent evaluations.
  • Design and oversee succession planning and leadership development programs.
  • Identify high-potential employees and create tailored career development plans.
  • Assess organizational skill gaps and recommend learning solutions.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Partner with department heads to support workforce and talent planning.
  • Monitor employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
  • Analyze talent data, KPIs, and metrics to support decision-making.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Support change management initiatives related to people development.
  • Coach and guide managers on talent development best practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and internal mobility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 9-11
    years of experience in Talent Management, preferably within a
    manufacturing
    or
    industrial
    environment.
  • Proven experience in managing performance management and succession planning in factories or production-driven organizations.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning in high-volume and shift-based operations.
  • Hands-on experience in learning and development programs for technical and operational roles.
  • Ability to identify skill gaps related to manufacturing, production, and operational excellence.
  • Experience working closely with plant managers and production leadership teams.
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance in manufacturing settings.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and talent analytics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
  • Experience supporting employee engagement and retention in blue-collar and white-collar workforces.
  • Professional HR certification is a plus (CIPD, SHRM).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and change management capabilities.
