Accountant

: We are looking for an experienced accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets:

Location: El Maadi , Cairo

Job Type: Full Time

Day off: Friday & Saturday

Main Responsibilities:

1.

handle field visits to collect payments, contracts, and cheques from clients

2.Provide regular financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends when required.

3.Handle cash box accounts for each donor and record their transactions in the system.

4.Handle book keeping and day-to-day financial transactions.

5.Handle bank transactions (transfers, cash withdrawal, currency exchange)

6.Follow up on payments schedule (AP) with contractors and service providers

7.Verify that invoices have been approved and paid according to the approval matrix

8.Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.

9.Provides financial status information by preparing special reports and Ad-hoc request

10.Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines

11. Assist the top management in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings

12. Follow up on pending payments and collections.

Job Requirements

1.  Degree in accounting, finance or relevant discipline

2.  3+ years of professional experience 

3. Commitment to Confidentiality, presentation, Communications and Time Management skills

4. Excellent problem-solving skills

5. Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
