Egypt office – Nasr City
.

Position:
Admin Assistant

Location:
Nasr City, Cairo – Egypt

Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
or
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Days Off:
Friday

Experience:
1–3 years

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, format, and manage documents using
    MS Word, Excel, and PDF tools
    .
  • Handle filing, data entry, and office coordination tasks.
  • Support communication between the Egypt office and the KSA team.
  • Assist with scheduling, administrative tasks, and documentation for the audit team.
  • Ensure organized workflow and smooth office operations.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in administration or office support.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Word, Excel, and PDF editing tools
    .
  • Good communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Female candidates only (as per office requirements).
