Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Senior Telemarketing Team Leader role, based in Qesm El Maadi. The Senior Telemarketing Team Leader will oversee and manage a team of telemarketers to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, developing strategies to optimize sales, conducting employee training, and providing support to team members. The role also involves fostering strong customer relationships and ensuring quality communication throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Proven team management and leadership skills to effectively coordinate and motivate a telemarketing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor performance, analyze data, and develop strategic plans for improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage both team interactions and relationships with customers.
  • Experience in sales and the ability to drive teams towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Focus on excellent customer service and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or a call center leadership role is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
