About the location:

About The Role

  • Requires a working knowledge of division operations.

  • Working knowledge is generally learned on- the-job Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

  • More than 1 year experience.

What You Will Do
Ensure the pool area, deck, and surrounding facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing towels, sunbeds, and pool amenities as required.

Monitor pool usage to ensure guest safety and adherence to hotel rules and hygiene standards.

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality or recreation is preferred.

Basic knowledge of pool safety, hygiene, and guest service standards.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.

Physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs
