Planning Specialist

Job Summary:
The Planning Specialist is responsible for resource planning, data analysis, and project control activities. This role involves managing ERP planning processes, preparing reports and dashboards, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure efficient resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop manpower and equipment resource plans with PMs.
  • Monitor resource utilization and maintain qualification matrices.
  • Analyze data to support planning decisions and process improvements.
  • Manage planning tasks within SAP ERP (e.g., project creation, billing, bookings).
  • Create dashboards and generate periodic reports for management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast future resource needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in planning, operations, or project control.
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP and Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
