You will be responsible for analytics relating to transport services, vendor management, and predictive problem solving when external factors such as strikes or extreme weather impact operations. This role requires you to document and evolve processes, conduct auditing and analytic reporting, and manage escalations while researching new programs and improvements. You will play a vital role in JLL's commitment to delivering transformative real estate solutions by ensuring seamless transportation operations that support employee needs and enhance workplace accessibility across our client portfolio.What your day-to-day will look like:Document and evolve processes related to transport requests and services while ensuring compliance with company policiesConduct auditing and analytic reporting to verify processes are followed in accordance with established guidelinesProvide problem-solving solutions to address unplanned external factors including weather disruptions, strikes, and other service interruptionsManage project work focused on improving processes, user interface, and technology for transport portal systemsHandle escalation and complaint management while coordinating with vendors to resolve transportation issuesProcess invoicing as directed and maintain accurate financial records for transportation servicesResearch new programs, pilots, and improvements related to transport functions and operational efficiency.Required Qualifications:Strong analytical and Excel skills with ability to interpret data and generate comprehensive reportingAbility to document processes in Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) formatting with attention to detailExperience interpreting processes and company policies to ensure compliance in daily practiceStrong communication skills for engaging with employees, vendors, and management at various levelsVendor management experience with demonstrated ability to coordinate and oversee service providersCritical thinking and problem-solving skills for addressing complex transportation challengesDemonstrated work experience in similar transportation coordination, logistics, or facilities management roles.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with transportation management systems and portal technologyKnowledge of local transportation laws and regulatory compliance requirementsProject management experience related to process improvements and technology implementationsExperience in facilities management or integrated services environmentsBackground in analytics and reporting with advanced Excel or database management skillsCustomer service experience with escalation and complaint resolutionUnderstanding of predictive planning and contingency management for service disruptions.Location: OnsiteAt JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way — for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees.
