Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Markaz Shebin El Kom for a Team Leader - Operations. The Team Leader will oversee operational processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies. Daily responsibilities include managing and guiding teams, supervising operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, analyzing data for process improvements, and ensuring the achievement of organizational goals. The role requires strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities to drive team performance and streamline operations.

Qualifications

  • Operations Management and People Management skills to effectively oversee processes and lead teams
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills to foster client relationships and ensure service quality
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and identify areas for improvement
  • Proven leadership experience and an ability to motivate and manage teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and systems for operational management
  • Experience in the financial or microfinance industry is a plus
