Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Heliopolis for an Immigration Lawyer. The Immigration Lawyer will provide legal expertise and advice to individuals or businesses seeking residency or citizenship by investment. Primary responsibilities will include conducting legal research, assisting clients in preparing necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations, and working collaboratively with international legal professionals and consultants. The lawyer will also engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with global residency and citizenship programs.
Qualifications
- Strong legal skills, including legal research, contract drafting, and thorough knowledge of immigration laws and regulations
- Client relationship management and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and analytical thinking
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Experience in international law, immigration services, or real estate transactions is an advantage
- Knowledge of residency or citizenship by investment programs is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Law, accompanied by relevant licenses or certifications
- Proficiency in English is required; fluency in additional languages, especially Arabic, is a plus
