Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Account Manager to join our on-site team in Alexandria. The Account Manager will act as the main point of contact for clients, primarily restaurants and cafés, ensuring their needs are met and their business performance continues to grow. The role includes developing tailored strategies, managing daily client communication, preparing presentations, coordinating with the Real Maker, marketing, and operations teams, and ensuring all deliverables are executed at the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary communication link between clients and the company.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant and café clients.
  • Develop customized marketing and operational plans to support client goals.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations with insights, plans, and performance updates.
  • Coordinate workflow and tasks with the Real Maker, marketing, creative, and operations teams.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports with recommendations.
  • Solve client challenges proactively and ensure smooth execution of all tasks.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to support strategic decisions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and contribute to business growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in account management or client servicing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, understand customer behavior, and evaluate results.
  • Excellent organization and project management abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take initiative.
  • Experience or strong understanding of the restaurant & café industry is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
