Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure while ensuring compliance with security policies.
  • Configure and troubleshoot various network architectures, including routing, switching, VoIP, GPON (FTTH), and wireless technologies.
  • Manage network implementation, support, and operations, including core network components (routing, switching, security, voice, GPON) for TMG smart city projects.
  • Ability to work with various vendors such as Cisco, Huawei, and others.
  • Prevent and mitigate Layer 2 and Layer 3 network attacks.
  • Monitor network equipment performance and availability; recommend and implement enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot security issues and develop action plans to resolve them.
  • Follow security standards and practices under ISO 27001.
  • Understand IDS/IPS functionality and determine optimal deployment locations within the network.
  • Manage and maintain Next-Generation Firewalls across various brands.
  • Create and update Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation and network topologies using Microsoft Visio.
  • Provide daily operational support and maintenance to IT support teams.
  • Implement and troubleshoot the AAA/Radius authentication using LDAP/Active Directory.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user authentication issues.
  • Review all security components within the network and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or Communication Engineering.
  • Certifications: CCNA R&S, CCNP R&S, HCIP Security, HCIP Datacom.
