Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and balancing information.
  • Prepare daily DBS bank status reports and share updates with the Head of Finance Department.
  • Post adjusting journal entries to correct accounting errors.
  • Secure financial information through database backups and always maintain confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and all financial legal requirements.
  • Prepare fund transfer instructions for approval by the Head of Finance Department.
  • File accounting documents such as Payment Vouchers (PV) and Receipt Vouchers (RV).
  • Record charges, payment receipts, collections, and expenses accurately.
  • Contribute to overall finance and organisational goals by performing related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and meet deadlines.
