Responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences for websites, mobile apps, and dashboards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to improve customer journeys.
  • Convert business requirements into clean wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
  • Design intuitive interfaces for web & mobile (iOS/Android).
  • Create user flows, personas, and journey maps.
  • Work with developers to ensure correct implementation of designs.
  • Improve UX based on testing, analytics, and user feedback.
  • Maintain and enhance design systems and UI guidelines.
  • Use Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for high-fidelity designs.
  • Ensure responsiveness and consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles.
  • Excellent Figma/XD skills.
  • Understanding of front-end basics (HTML, CSS is a plus).
  • Creativity + problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong portfolio of previous UI/UX work.
