  • Recommend appropriate life, medical, or critical illness protection solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, proposal, closing, and after-sales service
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and policy reviews
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company standards
  • Educate clients on the benefits and structure of insurance products and protection plans
  • Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory frameworks
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and industry developments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related major from a reputable university.
  • Experience in insurance, financial advisory, or sales in a service-based sector is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English is a must.
