- Act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, translating business and performance needs into impactful learning solutions.
- Generate and convert leads through outreach, referrals, and digital channels.
- Support clients in clarifying learning priorities and development goals based on business discussions.
- Conduct discovery meetings, prepare proposals, and present tailored solutions.
- Translate client inputs and expectations into well-defined training scopes and learning journeys.
- Advise clients on appropriate learning formats and programs based on stated needs and challenges.
- Lead negotiations, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
- Promote and convert leads for open B2C courses.
- Maintain a strong CRM pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Partner closely with operations teams to design customized learning journeys for each client.
- Follow up on client payments and manage collections.
- Build long-term partnerships by identifying recurring training needs and positioning Brightn as a strategic L&D partner.
- Prepare client training reports and ensure satisfaction post-training delivery.
- Support post-training relationship management to drive repeat business and client retention.
