Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Intern located in New Cairo. The Recruitment Intern will be responsible for assisting in the hiring and recruitment process, which includes posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. They will also assist in scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and providing support to the recruiting team. Additionally, the intern will help in training new hires and maintaining recruitment records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • HR Diploma Holder is a Must
  • Skills in Interviewing and Training
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
