Responsibilities
:

  • Create design concepts, mood boards, and presentations that align with client requirements and project objectives
  • Develop innovative interior solutions that combine functionality and aesthetics
  • Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D renderings using CAD and design software
  • Optimize space utilization while ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations
  • Source, evaluate, and recommend materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories
  • Stay updated on industry trends, sustainability practices, and new products
  • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Prepare project schedules, budgets, and procurement lists
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design issues
  • Meet with clients to understand requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback
  • Provide professional advice on interior solutions, budgeting, and timelines
  • Produce detailed drawings, BOQs, and specifications for execution
  • Ensure all designs comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • 4–7 years of proven experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, InDesign (or equivalents)
  • Strong sense of color, materials, and spatial arrangements
  • Excellent project management, budgeting, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of sustainability and green building practices (preferred)
