JOB PURPOSE:

The Senior Specialist Performance Media will be responsible for going above and beyond to deliver against existing clients plans, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

A strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and a data-driven mindset is a must, along with proven experience in digital media planning and buying. The performance media team operates in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, so strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills are essential for success.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

Strategy & Planning

  • Translate business goals into channel strategies, media plans, and roadmaps.
  • Build forecasts, budget allocations, and expectation-setting models (CPA/ROAS/CAC).

Execution & Optimization

  • Set up and manage campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search/Shopping/YouTube), TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Own audience strategy (lookalikes, intent, contextual, remarketing) and creative testing matrices.
  • Daily optimization: bids/budgets, pacing, geos, placements, exclusions, frequency, and creative rotation.

Conversion Tracking Setup

  • Implement conversion tracking (GTM/GA4/pixels), event mapping, and quality assurance.
  • Configure and optimize product catalogs for CMS platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Zid, and Salla.
  • Support client technical teams in implementing accurate tracking for mobile app campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build dashboards (Looker Studio/Sheets) and deliver clear, actionable insights and next steps.
  • Prepare structured weekly and monthly performance reports that highlight progress, key insights, learnings, and tailored recommendations for clients.

Client Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead weekly performance reviews; proactively manage expectations and communicate tradeoffs.
  • Brief creative with hypotheses; close the loop with results to drive better assets.
  • Mentor junior execs; document playbooks and SOPs for repeatable excellence.

Additional Research & Projects

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new advertising products, and evolving digital marketing practices.
  • Share learnings and contribute to testing and innovation across client accounts.

Partner Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with media platform partners to unlock product testing, betas, and joint learning opportunities

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Education

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field

Experience

4+ years hands-on performance media experience in an agency or high-growth advertiser.

Skills

  • Proven results managing multi-million
    EGP/SAR
    annual budgets across at least 3 of: Meta, Google (Search/Shopping/YouTube), TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn.
  • Strong command of GA4, GTM, pixel/server events basics, UTM governance, and attribution concepts.
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, LOOKUPs, array formulas); comfort with Looker Studio.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and run structured experiments (creative/audience/bid tests).
  • Clear communicator in
    English & Arabi
    c; confident with client-facing presentations.
  • Portfolio of dashboards and case studies showing target setting, actions taken, and outcomes.
  • E-commerce (Shopping/Feeds), app campaigns (ASA/UAC), or B2B lead-gen experience.
  • Experience with server-side tagging, CAPI, Enhanced Conversions.
  • GCC market experience (KSA/UAE).
